I drove the project from concept to successful sale, navigating complex regulatory requirements and market expectations. I also increased platform traffic by 600% through a redesigned marketing website targeting large financial investors. To ensure operational reliability, I implemented new DevOps processes that reduced system outages from four hours per deployment to full uptime and mitigated distributed denial-of-service and system-level attacks. Additionally, I established early-startup processes, product requirements, and documentation that enabled the company to secure a Recognized Money Operator and Digital Custodian license through MAS. I also developed a KYC product that streamlined client onboarding, resulting in a 16% increase in efficiency.
