I improved customer satisfaction for preferred clients, handling 15 million monthly transactions worth over 4.6 billion dollars, by optimizing Know Your Customer processes. I also boosted team productivity by 20% per work week through reducing unnecessary meeting time and increased sprint velocity by 40% within three months following major team changes. As part of program oversight, I managed an 11-million-dollar program for Foreign Currency Accounts during the HSBC bank acquisition, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking budgets, and maintaining risk, assumptions, issues, and dependencies logs. I standardized NDA processes for over 120 users and an external vendor and guided technology improvements including Azure migration and resolution of Akamai issues.
